First and foremost, Thermodyne is a local company invested in our community. To us, that means treating our employees, our customers and our friends and neighbors in the Pensacola area with the respect and dignity we would ask for ourselves. It means we treat every stage of our projects with careful attention to detail. It means from the first phone call to the day we deliver a finished product, we ensure that everything is done to the best of our abilities.
Owner Jeff Hoskins has more than 30 years of experience working in the coatings business and founded Thermodyne in August, 2001. Thermodyne operates with a crew of seasoned technicians who know how to get the best results on a wide range of projects.
Thermodyne’s Approach to Powder Coating
Our approach to powder coating is a little different than most shops. While our competition tends to branch out into many unrelated services and product offerings, we prefer to focus on what we do best. We like to say we’re the custom powder coating shop with the big equipment. Our oven is 30 feet long with an 11×11 foot opening, allowing us to take on even the biggest materials and large-scale projects.
However, no matter what size job we’re working on, we give the same hands-on attention to detail we provide on every project. We carefully inspect every square inch to avoid surprises and limit defects in the finished coating. From a few small automotive parts to truck loads of large architectural components, our people and equipment are ready to handle your next powder coating job.
